Click on the file folder(s) below to download your Registration Form(s). Choose the entire 2020 Championship Packet or select the individual forms you need for registration. Please note:

  • Tournament Registration Collected Until Saturday, 21 March 2020. 
  • Late Registration 16 March – 21 March 2020 will have a $10 late fee added to registered events.
  • All Registration must be received no later than 21 March 2020.
  • No Registration will be allowed on the day of the championship.
  • Payments can be made to individual schools.
